Full Nirvana Product Suite now available in OneVerify!
Now you can access all of Nirvana’s products within your OneVerify Dashboard. Select which of our verification products is the best fit based on the patient information you have:
Patient unsure of member ID? Run a Discover check!
Patient unsure what insurance they have? Run a Scan check!
Medicaid patient unsure of MCO? Run a Medicaid check!
All products can be used for either single checks or bulk uploads.

Improvements
OneVerify Report Revamp– Alerts & Visualization
In OneVerify’s report page, we’ve regrouped and expanded our alerts into more intuitive categories, helping you quickly understand which policies are at highest risk for denial & more clearly visualize why.
New alerts have been added for Credentialing Errors, Member ID Mismatch, Member DOB Mismatch, Managed Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage
Identification of QMB patients now available in API responses and OneVerify!
Why does this matter?
We proactively identify patients with Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) status, eliminating the risk of prohibited billing. This feature helps providers avoid monetary penalties and sanctions from CMS from accidentally billing QMB patients.
