I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and groups deal with addiction, coping skills, and alcohol use. I’m also trained to help teens and adults with anxiety, mood disorders, codependency, depression, domestic violence, drug abuse, life transitions, self esteem, self-harming, stress, and trauma and PTSD.
I am a humanistic therapist specializing in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. My approach is empathetic and mindful. I cater my therapeutic process to each individual utilizing a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman Method (for couples).

Nirvana has a free tool called the Peace of Mind Coverage Calculator, which estimates your reimbursement amount at the start of the calendar year, when your deductible has been met, and when your out-of-pocket maximum has been reached. You only need to enter the name of the therapist you’d like to see, along with your name, date of birth, and insurance information.
Once you have met your deductible, your reimbursement will be mailed to you about 4-6 weeks from the date of your first eligible claim. In some cases, this process can take as long as 90 days.
Your reimbursement will be mailed to the address on file with your therapist and your insurer. We recommend verifying your address directly with your insurer.
You will receive your reimbursement by check. Some insurers combine payments for multiple sessions and others send one check per session.
Yes! We offer a free product called the Client Portal, which allows you to do exactly that. You may be invited by your therapist, but you can independently register here. With the client portal, you can view the exact status of your claims and reimbursements.
